Exchanges and Returns
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
American Woolen gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
AMERICAN WOOLEN PHONE, INTERNET AND IN-PERSON ORDERS
American Woolen is pleased to offer service with FedEx in order to ensure quick, convenient return service.
- To return your package via FedEx Drop Box or at a FedEx store, remove the FedEx label and affix to your package.
- Your label may be used in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico only and cannot be used for shipping from other locations, gift exchanges or group sales.
- Please seal the package securely and be sure to select the appropriate label from the bottom of your customer receipt.
- Please retain the tracking number for your records.
Ship on Your Own: Customers can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
Try on your new American Woolen garment purchase in the comfort of your own home. If you need to send them back, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Ground shipping is complimentary on all exchanges and returns in the US. Customers outside the US are responsible for all shipping and return costs, taxes and duties. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all American Woolen Company garment tags still attached.
