We offer a refund within the first 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have passed since proof of delivery, you will not be offered a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require goods to be returned at your expense along with our RGA number.  Such number can be obtained via info@amercianwoolen.com.
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• A refund will only be processed upon inspection (assess their quality and identify a damage) of the returned items.
